Because our cups are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
